Norvinz is a unique marketing company
serving the high-end audio market. It was founded in January
2007 by Vinh Vu, owner of Gingko Audio, manufacturer of
high-end audio accessories and loudspeakers. The underlying
goal of the company is to offer unique and special products
from selected audio manufacturers to potential customers in
a totally stress-free audio experience. In addition to going
to a traditional audio dealer to audition a Norvinz product,
our customer may choose to will enjoy personal attention
from a fellow audiophile - a Norvinz Field Representative
(FR) - in a relaxed setting conducive to a pleasurable audio
experience totally devoid of sales pressure.

marketing and sales process and how customers and manufacturers
alike are served the “Norvinz way.”
The key ingredients of the Norvinz formula are:
- Manufacturers – makers of unique, high value, high-end,
audio products whose primary goal is to offer the superlative
performance for a given purchase
- Norvinz Field Representatives. (FRs) – Enthusiastic
audiophiles who are eager to share their audio experience
with others. The FRs come from all walks of life and hold
regular jobs in diverse fields. Audio is their avocation,
not their vocation. As such, they are under no pressure
to make sales quotas. They are more interested in bringing
a higher level of listening experience to other audiophiles.
- Customers – Audiophiles/music lovers who desire a stress-free
buying experience while acquiring high-value, high performance
audio equipment. They are interested in getting the best
products at a fair price rather than haggling for the lowest
bargain, which may be no bargain at all.

VINH VU,
President. Vinh spent 23 years at AT&T Bell Labs
and Lucent Technologies as a system engineer, product manager,
and marketing manager for telecom switching systems, optical
transmission systems, intelligent networks, and video products.
He holds two patents in design of telecom systems. Vinh has
been involved in high-end audio/video since 1990. He founded
Gingko Audio in 2000, specializing in making custom acrylic
dust covers for high-end turntables and soon extended the product
line to vibration control platforms, racks and stands, and Tubulous
loudspeakers..Vinh has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of
Engineering in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio
University and Virginia Tech, respectively.
NORM GINSBURG, Marketing
Director. Norm has been involved in audio for more years
than he cares to remember. After years of tinkering with home-brew
electronics as a teenager, he built his first high-end system,
a Dynakit amp, pre-amp and tuner, in the 60’s. A graduate electrical
engineer, he earned additional masters degrees in electrical
engineering and management science from the University of Illinois
and the University of Southern California respectively while
pursuing a career in the Army as a communications officer. Following
military service, he worked for AT&T and Lucent Technologies
in marketing and product management. Upon his retirement from
Lucent Technologies, he and Vinh began exploring general ways
to improve audio system sound quality. He became Gingko Audio
Marketing Director in 2000.
