Question: I am interested in auditioning a Norvinz product, what do I do?

Answer: Contact Norvinz via toll free number (877) SPCLKMT or (877) 772-5658, e-mail us by clicking HERE, or print out the inquiry form by clicking HERE and fax it to us at (732) 946-9439.


Question: If there are no local FRs in my area, where may I audition Norvinz products?

Answer: Contact us anyway. We may set up a demonstration for you at a Norvinz showroom and, if you purchase Norvinz products, we will reimburse your actual travel costs up to 5% of the purchase price.


Question: Will I get personal attention during the demo?

Answer: Absolutely. The demo is scheduled for you and for you only, at a time of your choosing. We want you to hear our system in the best possible frame of mind.


Question: If I want to buy, what do I do?

Answer: You will notify the FR of your decision, who will notify Norvinz. Norvinz will contact you to make arrangements for payment, place an order with the manufacturer and notify you when the product is ready to ship.


Question: What if I don’t want to buy?

Answer: Absolutely no problem. We only want you to own Norvinz products if you agree that they are they best investment you can make for your audio pleasure.


Question: What do I do when the product arrives?

Answer: The FR would have contacted you by that time to schedule an installation. The FR will set up the product in your system, free of charge, to ensure you are completely happy with it.


Question: What if I have a problem with the product during the trial period?

Answer: No problem, just call the FR. He will address any problems that may arise.


Question: What if I don’t like the product and want to return it?

Answer: No problem, just call the FR and schedule a de-installation. He will handle all shipments back to the manufacturer for inspection and retesting. If everything checks out, Norvinz will refund 80% of the purchase price, less shipping both ways. Alternatively, you may choose to receive full credit for the purchase towards other Norvinz products.


Question: What if I want to be an FR?
