  The best products deserve the best services. At Norvinz, we aim to delight our customers not just satisfy them. We want them to experience a level of service that they have not experienced before, from the time they place the first call to Norvinz, to years after their purchases.  
 

 
  If you want to experience Norvinz services, here is a list:

When you contact us: You may call us at our toll free number 1-877-SPCLMKT or 1-877-772-5658, email us at info@norvinz.com, or fax us at 732-946-9439. If we are busy serving other customers, please leave a message and we will get back to you promptly.

When you want to schedule a product audition: We will match your needs with the right local Norvinz FR with a similar system and taste in music. If there are no FRs in your area, we will schedule for you to audition Norvinz products in a Norvinz Showroom at your convenience. If you decide to purchase Norvinz products, we will reimburse the actual travel costs, up to 5% of the purchase price.

When you decide to purchase: We will ask for a deposit to place an order with the manufacturer, then notify you when your order is ready to ship, at which time you will make a shipment payment. We will also schedule the FR to come to your place to install your equipment. When you are totally satisfied with the install, we will process the balance of the payment.

During the 30-day trial period: The FR will keep in touch to make sure everything is working smoothly and handle any problems that may arise. Should you desire to return the product, the FR will facilitate the return. If you return the product, we will refund 80% of the purchase price, less shipping costs after we have inspected, retested and refurbished the product. Alternatively, you may choose to use the full credit for the purchase toward other Norvinz products.

After the trial period and during warranty: If you are happy with the purchase, the FR will continue to ensure that any problems that may arise will be addressed.

After the warranty period: Should your product need repair service, just contact the FR, who will facilitate the repair work. You will pay Norvinz for the cost of the repair.
